CADET KICKBOXING
TUESDAY 6:30pm
For ages 11 to 14 years
Challenging classes for teens
- Concentration
- Goal setting
- Teamwork
Great for fitness and confidence and can be used towards
D of E award and GCSE's

ADULT KICKBOXING
TUESDAY 7:30pm
For ages 15+
A typical Kickboxing session at Spitfire is a high energy workout. Great for burning fat and dealing with stress.
Sessions include:
- Thorough warm up and stretch
- Technical drills
- Fitness drills (circuits etc.)
- Pad work
- Bag work
- Boxing ring drills
- Sparring is strictly optional however the opportunity is there for those who wish to join in.
