Sessions include: Skipping, Shadow boxing, Technical drills, Fitness drills (circuits etc.) Padwork, Bag work, Sparring Drills

Sessions include: Thorough warm up and stretch, Technical drills, Fitness drills (circuits etc.) Padwork, Bag work, Dutch Partner drills
