Q - What happens after my free taster class?
A - If you enjoyed the class and are interested in making a commitment to training on a regular basis, you will need to 'JOIN SPITFIRE GYM' by completing an enrolment form, paying for an annual membership and setting up a monthly direct debit using the links provided. Direct debits are through 'Gocardless.com' and take one week for the first payment after initial set up. For example, set up on the 1st and the first payment will be on the 7th
Q - I enjoyed the class, but feel I need a couple more sessions to decide. Can you accommodate me?
A - Yes. You can pay for a further 3 classes with cash, debit card or bank transfer before committing to a direct debit. Cost £30.
Q - If I wish to cancel my direct debit, is there a notice period?
A - Yes, there is a one month notice period. To cancel, just text us on 07884097251 or email spitfiregym@gmail.com
Q - ​Can I increase my payments if I decide to train twice weekly?
A - ​You can increase or reduce your payments to different membership levels, just text us your requirements?

Q - If another family member wishes to join, are there any discounts?
A - Yes. For example, our once weekly membership is £36 per month. The top-up payment for an additional family member is £24
Q - Can I pause my membership?
A - Yes. Just let us know and we can pause your payment until you’re ready to return
Q - What does the annual fee include?
A - The annual fee is a membership fee to Spitfire Gym and training licence/insurance through the ‘British Martial Arts & Boxing Association’
Q - What happens if I miss a session?
A - ​If you miss your class you can come to an alternative session without pre-booking or attend catch-up sessions if you are off due to sickness or holidays
Q - Are you open during half-terms and bank holidays?
A - We are open in half terms, but closed on bank holidays. Please attend on Tuesday or Thursday instead
Q - Are you open in the Summer and Christmas holidays?
A - We are open for 48 weeks out of a 52 week year, which is why the fees are are based on a 4 week month. This allows for a 2 week closure in the summer and 2 weeks at Christmas. The sessions therefore, even out during the course of the year.
