PRICES & ENROLMENT

Complete stages 1, 2 & 3

 1. Set up your monthly payment 
 2. Pay your annual membership/licence fee 
 3. Fill in enrolment form and sign up 

1. Monthly Class Payment

1 Student - 1 x session weekly  (£10 per session)

1 Student - 2 x sessions weekly (£7 per session)

1 Student - 3 x sessions weekly (£6 per session)

Family Membership

Pay Annual licence (2) and fill in enrolment form (3) for ALL family members, then:-

1st Family Member

select from the payment options above

e.g Bronze basic £40

Top up payment for 2nd family member

e.g. Bronze BASIC £40 + Top Up £28 = £68 (£8.50 per class each)

equivalent of £12 discount on a basic membership

Top up payment for 3rd family member

e.g. Bronze BASIC £40 + Top Up £28 + Top Up £24 = £92

(£7.66 per class each)

equivalent of £28 discount on a basic membership

Enrolment Completion

Once you have completed stages 1,2 & 3, we will email or text you to confirm your membership. You are then welcome to attend the weekly sessions immediately.

Your Direct Debit will come into effect one week after completing the payment mandate e.g. if you set it up on the 1st, your new payment date will be the 7th

2. Annual Membership & Licence

Membership of Spitfire Gym and Annual Licence through the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association

3. SPITFIRE GYM Enrolment Form

  1. Acknowledgement of Risk

    I understand that participating in the Combat Sports classes offered by Spitfire Gym involves an inherent risk of injury, that may arise from training activities, equipment use or actions of other participants

  2. Medical clearance

    I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered at Spitfire Gym, and it is my responsibility to consult a doctor if I have any concerns about my health in any way, that is contraindicated when training in Combat Sports

  3. Assumption of risk

    I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including known and unknown

  4. Waiver and Release

    I hereby waive, release and discharge Spitfire Gym, it's owners, trainers and associates from any and all claims, demands or actions, now or in the future

  5. Sparring participation (by invitation only)

    I acknowledge that participating in Sparring comes with a further risk of injury, over and above normal class training activities, and confirm that I will obtain all the necessary and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment, as prescribed by Spitfire Gym

  6. Media Waiver

    I grant permission for Spitfire Gym to use photo's or video recordings taken of me (or dependant) during training for promotional purposes

  7. Minors (under 18)

    If signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor's participation

  8. Cancelation

    I understand that cancelation of the monthly payment requires one months notice by text or email

  9. Agreement

    By submitting this form electronically, I acknowledge and agree that, I have read and understood the the Waiver and Release of liability, and I intend for my electronic signature and submission as my legally binding signature equivalent to a hand written signature
