Great for fitness and confidence and can be used towards D of E award
and GCSE's

TUESDAY & THURSDAY 7:30pm
For ages 15+
A typical Kickboxing session at Spitfire is a high energy workout. Great for burning fat and dealing with stress.
Sessions include:
Thorough warm up and stretch
Technical drills
Fitness drills (circuits etc.)
Pad work
Bag work
Boxing ring drills
Sparring (optional)
