SPARRING: Release Waiver

1. Assumption of Risk and Injury Disclaimer

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I (or my dependant if under 18) am voluntarily participating in the highly physical activities offered by SPITFIRE GYM, which include, but are not limited to, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, sparring drills, heavy bag work, pad work, cardiovascular conditioning and, in particular, FREE SPARRING

I understand and acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent and significant risks of injury, which may include, but are not limited to, cuts, bruises, nose bleeds, muscle strains, joint injuries, concussions, fractures, dislocations, broken bones, or other unspecified injuries. I fully accept and assume all risks associated with my (or my dependant's ) participation, known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases named below.

I confirm that I (or my dependant) am medically and physically able to participate in the strenuous activities offered by SPITFIRE GYM and have consulted with a physician prior to participation. I agree to inform a trainer immediately if I experience any pain or physical distress during any session.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to utilize the facilities and participate in the programs and services of SPITFIRE GYM, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to litigate against SPITFIRE GYM, its owners, instructors and employees (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me, my dependant, or to any property belonging to me.

3. Acknowledgement

I have read this waiver and release of liability and media consent agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
